Daisy night

Tonight the girls earned their last petal. Respecting yourself and others. We had a great discussion on the ways a young girl can treat themselves with respect. We talked about taking care of your body and spirit. We made homemade soap to clean our bodies and the girls made mirrors that they wrote on the back of. They had to write three things they liked about themselves. When they look in the mirror they can remember them. Then the girls made and ate a healthy snack. (That was not as popular as the decorate your own cupcake night)
